BOILER MAKING AND PIPEWORK

You design or build pressure vessels, boiler marking elements, transmission pipelines and pipework.

You want to be supported in their manufacturer: from design and technical assistance in welding through to the final compliance assessment.

You want to control your work according to the acceptance criteria of construction codes or standards, standards in force and customer specifications.

Institut de Soudure Group boasts over 60 years’ experience in the field of pipework and pipelines, both in inspection and weld testing.

We propose a complete offer to ensure your facilities’ safety and compliance, ranging from sizing, inspection/testing, training your staff, through to studying harmfulness and maintaining your equipment in service.

We are a member of Asap, the French agency authorised and notified by Brussels to assess and monitor regulated pressure vessels.

STRUCTURES, FRAMES AND ROAD TRAFFIC SIGNS

You design, build or operate structures such as bridges, tunnels, viaducts, footbridges, historic monuments, etc.

You design, sub-contract the design or make steel or aluminium structures.

You are a property developer, designer or involved in the construction industry, you operate residential buildings, offices, industrial buildings, public structures, road signalling structures (gantries and tall masts) and are responsible for monitoring and maintenance via detailed inspections.

We can provide a full service for metal structures to guarantee quality and durability.

We carry out assignments in the production workshop, on-site during test assembly, on newly installed equipment or on older structures.

We support you to ensure you comply with standard NF EN 1090 and to meet regulatory requirements applicable since 01/07/2014.

The lifespan of metal structures is closely linked to the quality of application of anti-corrosion coatings.

Our inspectors are ACQPA/FROSIO certified in corrosion protection via coatings.
